Until today I've used DDNS from Synology (dscloud.me) and has forwarded the request with the specific ports to the one specific IP from one NAS in each site. DSM 5.2 users with UPnP-routers can activate the automatic creation of port forwarding rules under DSM > Control Panel > QuickConnect.

Side remark: It does not help to post problems that have nothing to do with DDNS under a tittle of 'DDNS not working". To test if DDNS is working you can type in a terminal "nslookup xxx.synology.me". If that returns your IP adres, DDNS is working, period!
