Contacted Telstra this morning and they had me do a speed test at speedtest.telstra.com and I supposedly get 11Mps download. However, webpages take a long time to load or just time out. A 54MB file took over 4 hours to download. But according to Telstra my connection speed is fine! Solved: Problem started about a week ago. I'm on the standard NBN plan which is 25/5.
